Our favorite wood oven pizza place in Hoboken even though they are more than just their pizza. Very cozy Italian restaurant with great ambiance. Our favorite go to spot for dates and friend meet ups. Menu is concise and everything we’ve ordered is high quality because of it. Make sure to reserve in well in advanced because getting a table last min is almost impossible
Will always come to support the local fare. Thank you to the staff for doing their best, even on weekends where things can be a little hectic and demanding. The pizza/pasta/entree experience is authentic, has integrity, the ingredients and execution are S tier. Wine selection is great, as are the cocktails. You can go casual or dressed up, Apulia welcomes all, worth a visit, or 3, or always.
The food here is always amazing and consistent. My boyfriend and I have been here a few times now, and it truly never disappoints. The staff and the environment are so welcoming and it has such a fun vibe. To start, we had the Frisee salad which was so fresh and the balsamic mustard vinaigrette was such a nice touch for contrast. We always share for our entrees the Cotolette di casa and the Bigoli cacio e pepe, they are truly some of the best we’ve had in this city for chicken cutlet and pasta options. The drinks here are also really good and reasonably priced. Definitely check out the affogato, it’s gelato topped with espresso and is truly the perfect ending to the meal! I cannot recommend this place enough, great for dine in or take out.
Without question, my favorite Italian restaurant. Pizza is light, delicious, and beautiful. Pasta is fresh, delicate, and flavorful. The ambiance is welcoming and cozy while the service is always attentive and kind. The bar is spectacular - you will find yourself happily posted up for hours with more than one fantastic cocktail in great company from the bartenders and fellow guests. Apulia is a special place. A few of my favorites: Cacio E Pepe pasta, Lemon Basil Pesto pasta, Caprina pizza, and Diavola pizza. Don’t forget about the meatballs! End with a Nutella Calzone and Cappuccino and you’ll be happier than ever.
The best pizza in Hoboken, easily. I don't think the other options are phenomenal but the pizza alone is worth the trip. They are also family friendly for young kids.
Joe was our waiter! He was absolutely amazing. I swear I thought he was the manager. The way he spoke in detail about the menu and wine offerings you would have thought he was the one running the place. The rose and pizza we had were delicious. Joe was so attentive and kind to us. New girls night out spot! 10/10! Thanks Joe and Ryan for a great night!!!

The staff is super friendly and attentive, making you feel like family right away. Now, let’s talk about the food — absolutely phenomenal. The pizza is out of this world — perfectly crispy crust, fresh ingredients, and so flavorful that you’ll be dreaming about it afterward. Every bite is a reminder of why authentic Italian pizza is unbeatable. We also tried a few pasta dishes and appetizers, and everything was perfectly seasoned and cooked to perfection. If you’re looking for amazing vibes, outstanding service, and the best pizza in town, Apulia is the place to be. Can’t wait to come back!
If you're a fan of authentic Neapolitan pizza, this place is a must-visit! From the moment you walk in, you're greeted by a warm and welcoming staff that makes you feel like part of the family. (Can get pretty busy so come early) !!....The pizza is absolutely top-notch—thin, perfectly charred crust with fresh, ingredients....not to mention they always make Accommodations for my diet restrictions, which I appreciate a lot. The menu also offers amazing selection of crafted cocktails that are expertly mixed and pair beautifully with the pizza.... Staff really goes above and beyond for example when I asked for orange juice for my Prosecco ...and they didn’t have any, but they hand pressed orange juice just for me .... It’s clear that everyone here cares about delivering an exceptional dining experience. Highly recommend this gem for anyone looking for authentic pasta or pizza and impeccable service (I normally sit at the bar) Overall place is lively yet relaxed.
